  I was told by the Holy Spirit to start fasting, and after a few months of putting it off, I finally was able to. (I have that story on here in another post, called ‘Answers Needed……….FAST’). Some of the main points I’ve been fasting about are to break the spirit of poverty, break the spirit of rejection, and for restoration of friendships stolen from me by the enemy due to that spirit of rejection.

  I have been doing fasting twelve hours every Monday, from after breakfast to about lunch time. It’s not a dry fast, no. I know how my blood sugar is and I’m not going to risk passing out, that’s just stupidity and God knows if it is a sacrifice for a person or not. I have a protein shake after six hours and if I feel my sugar getting low I allow myself spoons of a nut butter and/or raw honey. Most times I am starting to get a migraine by the end of the twelve hours, so to those of you who think this isn’t a sacrifice, shut your mouth. I know better, and apparently so does God, because I’m getting miracles left and right. I’m also getting many supernatural dreams, some obviously being the enemy trying to renew the covenants and agreements that my fasting has broken.

  Here’s a list of miracles that have been happening since I’ve started fasting. It’s not complete. I will probably forget some, and some I’ve seen signs that they are just around the bend, but they haven’t quite arrived as of the writing of this article.

  •New roof on my house is about completed, they just have to come back and put the shingles on. It is paid in full, which is more than a lot of people can say, and positively impossible for myself without supernatural intervention.

  •One old friend I had lost touch with has gotten ahold of me, and we speak regularly again. Since her and also a guy friend quit speaking to me at roughly the exact same time and I knew his disappearance was supernatural and not in a good way, I figured hers was too. Holy Spirit put her on my mind, and I asked for prayer on it, and the next day received an email from her. The next week she was vacationing here and wanted to see me. I went to see her. Like always has been with this girl, when we saw each other it was as if we had never been apart. And, added bonus……….I gave one of the Bible bags I give to homeless and leave around town with the tip when we went out, she read the insert I put in them, and said she was VERY interested in it. I had another in my truck, and she gladly took it home with her. Her salvation will be next, mark my words.

  •The spirit of heaviness has been lifting, a little at a time, off of myself. It shows, trust me. In my mojo being back for things like home improvements and getting out of the house.

  •I’ve been praying for the right people to come along to socialize with, so I don’t get fucked over anymore by assholes, and also for me to be able to discern who is right and who is only masquerading as an angel of light. I was able to shut one advance down, without being rude and while still witnessing for the Kingdom, and am praying I don’t scare another off that seems legit but is a work in progress to say the least. Of course, these aren’t to take the place of the ones the spirit of rejection stole from me, and I still intend to keep praying for their return into my life. Especially that certain one.

  •I was able to quit doing doordash, and still am able to afford to buy Bibles and gift cards to hand out. It’s a little harder to find people to give them to, as I don’t run into homeless as much due to not being out all night doing that. I prayed on it though, and I still leave them around town, plus I leave them as tips when I go out, and in shopping carts at grocery stores.

  •Of course, I am able to do the thing mentioned in the last paragraph because I have been blessed with enough hours at my regular day job. I’ve also been put in an area I believe will work out ok, and told I’m getting a decent raise very soon (raises are first quarter and should show in paychecks by February or so. Thank you Jesus!).

  •There are a few more things I need to get my house ready to pass inspection so I can get cheaper home insurance. I’ve returned a great quote, and God has been providing for the couple of things needed to pass the inspection. There were only two more things needed to pass after I got the roof done, and one of them was answered just yesteday. My new washer and dryer, which the funds for a nice one seemed impossible to come by at the moment, was purchased yesterday and will be delivered in a week. At the last minute the devil tried to throw a curve ball, but I knew what was up and stomped that shit to shit. One more thing left, and it WILL come to pass, in Jesus’ name!
