Psalm 35, KJV

35 Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.

² Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.

³ Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.

⁴ Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.

⁵ Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the Lord chase them.

⁶ Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the Lord persecute them.

⁷ For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.

⁸ Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

⁹ And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

¹⁰ All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?

¹¹ False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.

¹² They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.

¹³ But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

¹⁴ I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.

¹⁵ But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:

¹⁶ With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.

¹⁷ Lord, how long wilt thou look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.

¹⁸ I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

¹⁹ Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.

²⁰ For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.

²¹ Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.

²² This thou hast seen, O Lord: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.

²³ Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.

²⁴ Judge me, O Lord my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.

²⁵ Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.

²⁶ Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.

²⁷ Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

²⁸ And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.

I’ve had many workplace issues, and have learned that combat in the spirit is way more effective than in the natural. A simple “Holy Spirit, intervene in this situation now”! Or a “God, I pray Psalm 35 now over (insert enemy/frenemy name) now, in Jesus’ name”, works wonders. Don’t believe me? Try it sometime! Most workplaces have at least one person involved in witchcraft, satanism, or the occult. Every place I’ve ever worked in has, and the past few have had multiple. Whatever branch they’re in, the only ones who know are the ones who are Spirit-filled Christians. The Lukewarm Christians don’t, and certainly the unbelievers don’t. A few know but think it’s a joke and that they have no power, which is bullshit. And dangerous! Satan is more powerful than anyone, except the name of Jesus. All the shit that goes on should clue them in, but it doesn’t seem to. They’re not on our level, so it’s up to us to pray for the safety and salvation of all. Below are a couple of the prayers I’ve made to use. Insert the name of your workplace instead of saying ‘this workplace’ if you want. And remember you can never pray Psalm 35 too much in a workplace situation!

Prayer Number One

In the mighty name of Jesus right now I pray that every type of demonic magic spell against anyone in this workplace be drowned in the Blood Of Jesus, and may the senders be tormented with guilt until they stop their wicked ways and come to repentance.

I pray, Jesus, that any demonic assignments against this workplace be rendered null and void, and the demons carrying them out be cast into dry places never to return. I forbid them from carrying out revenge, backlash, and retaliation, and I lock down any transfers of spirits tried by the enemy. All reinforcement and retribution devils sent by the enemy are annihilated now. I confuse their language and blur their vision and blind them from seeing the employees that work here. Satan, you have no legal rights in this workplace and I declare your demons unable to carry out their evil plans in Jesus’ name.

I come to you now, Jesus, and ask you to fill this workplace with the peace, love, and joy only your Holy Spirit can provide. Let the revival fire fall here, Lord. May any lukewarm believers who enter here open their eyes to the supernatural miracles and wonders you can perform if only they will believe in and receive them, and may any unsaved who enter here get supernatural experiences that urge them to join the body of Christ.

Lord Jesus, I ask now for you to send down warring angels from Michael’s Quarter to this workplace. Surround the property with the Fire Of God and keep us safe, and help us to function without spirits of anger, hatred, jealousy, and divination. Last but not least, may all of the needs of every one of us be met in Jesus’ name so that we never suffer from financial burden or severe health problems.

Amen.

Prayer Number Two

In Jesus’ name right now I pray a ring of Holy Ghost Fire around this workplace. May it annihilate every demon inside, and keep out any new demons trying to enter.

I call down angels from Michael’s Quarter to surround this workplace and use darts dipped in the Blood Of Jesus to kill off anything unrighteous in or around this workplace now, in Jesus’ name.

I bind every demon and devil using the mouth of anyone in this workplace and render their powers null and void in Jesus’ name. You have no power here, the Blood Of Jesus is against you. I command you back to the pit now, never to return, in Jesus’ name. Leave them alone, you must leave now, in Jesus’ name.

In Jesus’ name right now I blind the eyes of every monitoring spirit from the Kingdom of Darkness to every person in this workplace. You cannot see us, and you will go back to your master and report nothing.

I prevent backlash, retaliation, revenge, and transfers of spirits now in Jesus’ name.

I declare right now in Jesus’ name that there will be peace today at this workplace.
